New details of how authorities found CEO murder suspect

Two senior officials say a tip from a San Francisco police officer helped lead to CEO murder suspect Luigi Mangione. They say the officer recognized his photo from a missing persons report filed by Mangione's mother. New York police officials and UnitedHealthcare say Mangione was not covered by the company. NBC News' Stephanie Gosk reports and Sam Brock speaks to former NYPD Chief of Department Terence Monahan about the new details.
