As a both Dota 2 player and LoL, League should 100% have the Conduct summary system as Dota has. It's not a perfect system by no means, I'm at 10k conduct summary score but I still run into the occasional trash talker via voice or chat, but that's the nature of the game. It's definitely nowhere NEAR as bad as League, and I think that's mostly thanks to the system that Dota has

I literally got 14 day chat-restriction for typing "We need ap, so I go sylas" and "I will 100% need leash in this matchup". Nothing else written. Riot removed the restriction, after I wrote a ticket, but it was inconvenience and a half.

I was actively plat1 before emerald is introduced, but now I'm just plat2-4 fluctuating as my teammates varies from 9 inters to 9 diamonds, I don't even know how to climb anymore.

I’m currently emerald 2 NA, and I just played a game vs two silver 1 duo’d players that must have bought their accounts in iron and proceeded to rocket their MMR up. So, I’ve played with Diamond/platinum/gold/ and silver rank as an Emerald player. Bro what even is this. Every game has AT LEAST, one Smurf to balance the 50/50 win rate. This IMHO makes people degenerately toxic as well. Riots own system is breeding toxicity.

Thank god someone showed me hard data for my experience in Emerald. Playing in Gold/Platinum Elo with friends => unbelievably easy games
Going back to playing alone in SoloQ
=> games feel lost in champ select and if not, the skill discrepancy is just insane.

I thought that -30 lp +15 lp per match on emerald was my problem, but now I see that is a thing. Idk why they increased the lp gains and losses if after that the real change is that you loss more than before and you obtain the same lp like before the changes

emrald is the nastiest, most hellish rank. One game feels like silver lobby, the next feels like low diamond.
it is basically purgatory. where bad meets worse

1:28 this system also exists in some racing games like Gran Turismo 7 for example, it's called sportsmanship rating. It is ranked from 0-100 (or E to S), and obviously the higher the sportsmanship rank the less dirty the drivers get. Maximum SR rating is 100, and you lose points if you punt someone off or cut the track too many times and so on. If you lose some points, you need a few clean races to build it back up and you will be put in lower SR lobbies. If you can consistenly stay in 95-100 sportsmanship rated lobbies then you'll almost never find dirty drivers and will have a very fun and clean race, no matter the driver rating you're at which determines your actual rank.

Emerald has been a bit of a nightmare for me. In pretty much all of my games there are 3-4 people on my team just first timing chmpions and having no idea what they're doing and being toxic as hell the whole time while doing it
