Plank is actually damn effective that pushups +full body workout yet under rated due to intense pressure, we should not run from plank rather challenge ourselves and beat our records

Just 15 days practice and I have increased time from 2 min to 3.30 next target 5 min. 😊

I'm much more positive and confident now after watching these people loosing in 2 or 3 min 😂😂, even though I'm a bit fatty than them.

Done. After watching this video with in one month. Actually it's not 5 minutes Plank Challange. It's 5 Minutes and 51 seconds. It's make me strong to do plank with this video. Enjoy it..🏃🚴🏋️🤸💪

Even though I’m very weak, for some reason I can do 5 minutes perfect form on a plank. Im lacking in every other strength based category but I’m just good at planking for no reason.

Today I tried and my time was 06:06 could hold 20-25 seconds more, but was shaking like hell

I could do 5-6 minutes before.
I always though I'm doing it right
When I record my self ina video I saw my elbow plank position was all wrong, by ass was pointing up, no wonder I couldn't feel it in my core when I'm doing planks I'm doing it wrong the whole time.
Back straight and tight you should feel it in your core/abdominal when doing the right plank.
Now I can only do 2-3 minutes.

Once you can hold this for a minute it's time to move on to h harder variation.
