"I FEEL like, or I THINK he's a scammer." is the proper way to say it without being liable for defamation. No one can argue whether how you FEEL is true or not. There would be no lawsuit if he'd said, "I FEEL/THINK he's..." All you have to say is, "Yes it's a fact that I think that way." That's fact, ...it's true, ...and no one can sue you for how you think or feel.

Cardone is like anyone else, he makes mistakes, learns from them, and makes it better. What business has never done this? Bankruptcy is nothing more than stopping creditors until they can be paid while a company reconstructs. Millions of companies have done this to avoid taxes and penalties. It's a business move. Too many people get it wrong because they are not informed. Not everyone can understand concepts and methods, and if that's you, then don't buy it. Buying it alone does not mean you will succeed. You have to apply it and do the work. Gee, do the work! What a concept in doing business or making money no matter what you do.

Cardone's personality is what get's him into trouble. He may not be scamming people, but being a loud-mouth and arrogant rubs people the wrong way. He keeps calling himself a billionaire and that's what the other guy was pointing at. The other guy is also worth a lot of money and he probably knows who's who so he called Cardone out. There's not a lot of billionaires out there so it's really tough to claim it in public.

Never been a fan of Cardone since he did his bankruptcy "practical joke." The terror his investors must have felt is not appropriate for any businessman, and I will never invest with him.
That said, as an attorney, I do think Cardone has a better-than-average case here.

We all know and love Grant. A client came to my office to file taxes. I noticed she had on his 10X zip up hoodie and said, " Did you attend his event "? She replied yes, that his system helped her.

Grant changes ppls lives, he's NOT a scammer.
