If it’s a small bag (like shown) wear it from the front and not back. Tie your zippers together, or keep it closed in general.

We were just in Italy and Spain and i saw people looking at my handbag constantly. I always kept it zipped and in front of me.
A friend grabbed her passport folder back from a woman who had just snagged it out of her husband's pack. She slapped the lady with it across the face and the woman just calmly walked away.

Always photograph your documents and credit cards. Keep your passport in the main hotel safe and a copy of your cards (back and front so you have the number to cancel the cards and keep only a copy of your passport on you in case you need to show it. Don’t wear jewelry, especially not necklaces (they can really injure you if they pull them of hard as well as losing them and don’t wear rings!
Try if you can to dress like locals ( I did that successfully all over Mexico and South America, then they don’t mess with you. Oh forgot; Women: we really don’t need purses, do we?
When traveling, I keep majority of my cash and my credit card/s in a pouch that snaps onto my bra and just keep walk around money in my pocket. Hope this helps someone!😅❤

Never carry your bag backwards but forwards where you can see it. And dont put everything in your purse card, and money can just be put in the bag or pocket. You have to be far more vigilant when out and dint let anyone get too close to you
