OI. Eu preciso de ajuda. Tenho uma TV Roku Modelo H301X, numero de serie X02000XFSA87, com Versão de software 12.5.0:4169. Eu a comprei tem pouco mais de 1 mês. Assim que iniciei ela e usei com HDMI no Nootbook, funcionou normalmente. Porem, após a primiera atualização, qualquer video do computador (salvo ou da internet) que eu tento reproduzir, o audio sai desincronizado, ou o sai só o audio e o video não reproduz, ou o video fica em loop infinito em um segundo do video. Tentei restaurar configuração de fabrica, mas não resolveu, pois ela restaourou com o sistema já atualizado. Além disso ela está apresentando uma configuração de somente 58Hz. Como faço, ou o que faço, para acabar com esse problema? (Não consigo ver nenhum video do meu Nootbook na Tv, e isso é decpicionante.)
Por favor, me respondam, estou tentando suporte já tem muito tempo.

Babylon 5 episodes are NOT playing correctly. I pick to watch for instance S1:E4, but then E3 will play instead. Last night when I picked to watch Eyes, Grail plays. Therefore, I always have to pick one episode ahead of what I want to watch.
