I’ve learned so much about TVs from watching this channel. Most of my family comes to me asking tv questions when they wanna buy one. Sometimes I come back and rewatch older videos to give them by best opinion. I’m currently saving my money for the new Bravia 7 85”. I currently have a 85k 43” for my ps5 desk setup. Bravia 7 85” will be for my living room setup

I just bought the A95L. In reality, the TV is already so incredible and such an amazing experience, it's not really worth waiting. It already has more or less everything you could want

I absolutely love my Sony A95L. It’s an amazing TV and worth every penny as a video enthusiast. Even my wife, which doesn’t know anything about TVs, could notice the picture quality improvement on it (my previous tv was a flagship 8K Samsung). I only wish I had the budget for the 77”, but the picture looks so good on the 65” that if given the choice again in the same budget I would still buy it over any other larger size tv from any manufacturer, including other Sony LED options.

The Sony A95L uses the 2nd gen QD OLED panel, not the first. Samsungs S95d uses the 3rd.

If you want 'just a soundbar', consider a pair of active speakers instead.

As long as the A95M comes in 55", I'll be happy. Not all of us have room for the monster size sets!

Thanks for responding to my question in such great detail Caleb! I think the most relevant thing you said was about how long it would take for the next-gen TV to actually hit shelves next year. Even though I don't have the money for the A95L right this second, I expect to have it within the next couple months and so I think I will just go all in on the current A95L since Amazon will deliver it within a few days (or maybe I'll go the BestBuy route, not sure yet eactly)

When I spoke with manager from sony store. They mentioned that when they continue the model from last yr to next yr without its sequel. They tend to allow latest panel on its tv as it is successful tv enough to warrant that. So store manager told that 3rd gen QD oled will flow into this year's models when those 3rd gen qdoleds become widely available

Sony still has a contract with Samsung for QD-Oled panels, that means there will definitely be a successor, just hope they don’t opt for the Matte coating…

Great tip regarding the A95l - first I find everyone is a critic n 2nd I’ll hold off purchasing that till next year as I was planning on purchasing 1 this fall
