Do it smart, to much and too heavy will wreck your joints. Easy schedule. 3 times a week do 2-4 miles runs. 3 times a week weight lifting, but not super heavy, pushups, dumbbells. Shirt but intense session. Eat healthy, reduce alcohol and junk food and you be good.
