Great tips for people trying to eat more vegetables! But I would suggest adding a carb such as rice, potatoes or bread to make it more of a balanced meal xx

Cutting things really REALLY small helped me or soups (blended veggies with stock and cream) I don't like how crunchy, sometimes soggy, or hard to chew veggies are. Just cutting them smaller so they cook fully really helped Me start to like them. Also ... eat what you like. If you don't like lettuce, then don't eat it.

Went to a restaurant once that served fajitas with zucchini. It was so good. I now do that as well at home. I add spinach to smoothies too.

As an Indian.. I am literally surrounded with vegetables.. but my mother makes them so yummy that I could eat them in all 3 meals .. 😋 btw I really love your videos too 💖

I always add some to the side of what I’m eating as well because I still want the burger but I will be eating some carrots or broccoli with it for the vitamins my body needs

I do this same thing but with Just Egg and plant based cheese to make it full vegan - 10/10 ☺️

Spinach, pepper, Mushroom bacon egg and cheese is a must for me!! (Usually just Spinach since I usually have less peppers and mushrooms and can use them to enhance the flavor of dinner recipes
