Hello! I visited Kamakura 2 weeks ago on a weekday on on a Odakyu Free pass! We visited the Hachimangu Shrine, Hasedera Temple and went up to see the breath taking view, The Great Buddha. I went 6 years ago in winter and then this year in the start of summer. (May/june)
The flowers were beautiful. Hydrangea.
This time I went to the fireworks festival in zushi.
I will go back in winter early next year to explore more.

My son's first trip to Japan i told him to go there and he enjoyed. He walked a few of the hiking trails(i do enough walking i have never done the trails), he said most of the trails were very well marked. He wants to go back.
