In practical we dont provide splice in a plane, we gave splice in zig zag method in order to not form splice plane failure. I dont know its in there on revit 2025, other wise revit should add that feature in it.

Do you have any trick to give gap say 1cm or 2cm between the line foundation and walls. By default revit has no option for that.
