One Pan & Pot 4 EASY GOCHUJANG RECIPES

☑️ Quick & Easy Recipes
📍 Gochujang Jjigae, 고추장찌개
🧂 Ingredients ▪️For two servings▪️
🔸 1/2 onion (sliced)
🔸 1/2 or 1 zucchini
🔸 1/2 or potato
🔸 Oyster mushroom, a handful
🔸 1 tablespoon of Garlic
🔸 1 or 2 tablespoons of Soy sauce
🔸 1/2 pound Pork belly or Beef
🔸 1 tablespoon of Sugar
🔸 2 tablespoons of Hot pepper paste
🔸 1 tablespoon of Hot pepper flakes
🔸 1/2 Cup. Organic Sugar (White or Brown)
📌Directions
1️⃣ Heat your pan over medium-high heat and add pork and fry it in oil to flavor it.
2️⃣ While that’s cooking, Set up the cutting board and knife and gather your ingredients.
3️⃣ If you see the browning coming up, add two table spoons of hot pepper paste, one tablespoon of hot pepper flakes
4️⃣ Add in some water to the top
chopped garlic first, and potato, onion, and zucchini.
5️⃣ Once the onion starts to turn a little bit translucent, add put the oyster mushroom into the pot
6️⃣ Enjoy it while still warm!

📍 Spicy Rice Cake with Cheese, Tteokbokki 떡볶이
🧂 Ingredients ▪️For two servings▪️
🔸 Water 1L
🔸 Rice cake (400g) ▶ The nearest Korean mart
🔸 Square fish cake (160g) ▶ The nearest Korean mart
🔸 Scallions (or green onions or spring onions, any type) (240g)
🔸 Mozzarella cheese (Up to you)
🔸 1/2 Cup. Hot pepper paste ▶ The nearest Korean mart
🔸 1/2 Cup. Hot pepper flakes ▶ The nearest Korean mart
🔸 1/2 Cup. Soy sauce
🔸 1/2 Cup. Organic Sugar (White or Brown)
📌Directions
1️⃣ Fill the pan with the water and add a dark soy sauce, brown sugar, hot pepper paste, hot pepper flakes.
2️⃣ Stir well.
3️⃣ Cut the green onions diagonally and fish cake into bite sizes.
4️⃣ Quickly rinse the rice cakes.
5️⃣ Once the sauce boils, add rice cake and half of the green onions.
6️⃣ Check out the consistency and If it's having thickened, add fish cake and the rest of the sliced green onions.
7️⃣ Stir well.
8️⃣ After 2 minutes, add the cheese on the top.
9️⃣ Enjoy it!

🧂 Ingredients
□ Hot pepper paste : Ketchup : Syrup = 1 : 1 : 4
🔸 Rice cake
🔸 Hot pepper paste
🔸 Starch syrup (or Corn syrup, Honey)
🔸 Ketchup
🔸 bamboo Skewers
📌Directions
1️⃣ Boil the rice cakes for 1~2 min and rinse them with cold water.
2️⃣ Make the super simple sauce.
3️⃣ Skewer 4~5 ricecakes one by one with bamboo skewers.
4️⃣ Fry them quickly and spread the sauce on the rice skewers.
5️⃣ Enjoy it.

🧂 Ingredients ▪️For two servings▪️

🔸 Chicken thigh (or boneless Chicken) (350g)
🔸 Onion 1/2
🔸 Cabbage (80g)
🔸 Garlic 1/2 Cup
🔸 Potato 1/2 (100g)
🔸 Scallions (or green onions or spring onions, any type) (90g)
🔸 Sesame oil 1/4 Cup
🔸 Hot pepper paste 1/4 Cup ▶ The nearest Korean mart
🔸 Hot pepper flakes 1/4 Cup ▶ The nearest Korean mart
🔸 Soy sauce 1/4 Cup

📌Directions
1️⃣ Prepare the vegetables and slice them to put into the pan.
2️⃣ Chop the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and put it into the pan.
3️⃣ Add the sauce and mix togther on the pan.
4️⃣ Stir well.
5️⃣ Check out the Potato and when it's cooked. add the cheese on the pan
