If you go to buy a car the place will give you a discount if you finance with them since they get a cut. Negotiating with cash never ever gives you an advantage and no rich guy does it.

This is total BS. Give me one way to negotiate a price on a home. So I walk in with cash and offer 300K while the next guy offers 500K with a loan. Guess who gets the home. Maybe your barber will give you a bette price?

tu veux être riche ? soit tu as de l’argent, et pas 100$ ou 1000$, mais plusieurs centaines de milliers voir millions… ou aies une expertise dans quelque chose de scalable…
