I had Ryzen 5 5600x in my upgrade list, was planning to switch from my i5-3470. One morning my gf wakes me up showing the list of all the parts I put there, waiting to be collected at the nearest shop, she paid for all of it. Man, she's the best, and that Intel CPU I used to run was great, don't get me wrong, but boy does Ryzen 5 5600x blow my mind in comparison, especially for its price, like what even is that that's just so amazing

I went with ryzen 5 3600 on 2021, I wanted a good, reliable gaming cpu but not a top tier/too expensive one, and it's still holding on greatly.. but on the gpu side thou.. I had too few options, so I went gtx 1650 😅

I've been watching AMD since when I was in the University and just last week I finally got to buy a laptop with an AMD CPU. It took 5 years and some crazy phases in life. While I can't afford to wait for a full AMD laptop, it still felt surreal. I hope you guys enjoy your rigs and laptops!

i got my 3600 for about 200 euros at the end of 2019 during the gpu crysis and it is still amazingly good but 3 years later (now) i upgraded to the 5700X for 180 euros and it's so nice to see that amd keeps supporting AM4 it's probably their greatest platform so far in terms of everything really. can't say i notice a difference between 3600 and 5700X in games (using same gpu 3060ti) but i wanted to upgrade my mother's 10 year old machine so i gave her my 3600 and it was a good excuse to buy it
