This explains why Koreans look so young seaweed is very good for the skin!! The doctors I work for still look 25, they are turning 50 next year! I love this soup and now I know how to make it thank you!

I add onions garlic and cut up celery and coconut nut cream and scotch bonnet pepper. Had to add salt after. Delicious

I’d recommend cooking with chopped potatoes as it can replace rice (carb) 😊

Needs protein. Ribeye is best. It doesn't need to be a ton but anything adds a lot of depth. Also a bit of Korean beef stock powder

I think I got the wrong sea weed. It’s not even salty. I think it’s the slack mushrooms that they put in soups
