My Honda Accord was burning about 1/2 a quart of oil every time I filled up with gas. Changing this $20 part in 15 minutes solved the problem.

In this video we go through:

How to Change the PCV Valve on a Honda Accord

The vehicle shown here is a 2004 Honda Accord 4-Cylinder, and would be the same for 2003-2007 Honda Accords as well.

A clogged or stuck-open PCV (Positive Crankcase Ventilation) valve can cause a number of issues, including:
1. Increased Oil Consumption
2. Engine Running Roughly
3. Engine Stalling
4. Increased Emissions

Luckily, changing the PCV valve is really easy. In the Honda Accord, it is conveniently located, and only requires the following tools:
1. Pliers
2. 17mm deep Socket

Quick question changed the Pcv valve slowed oil consumption on my 05 accord. I have no oil dripping or exhaust smoke? Before I do a compression test just trying to narrow down bad valves but no exhaust or engine smoke

Gotta go through all that. I had a car that’s been west to east and east to Midwest and it still won’t burning oil. I’m convinced Honda is just subpar to Toyota and if anyone convinced. You other wise doesn’t like you or they just want you to suffer lmao
