This is normal. If you touch the gas pedal a bit (up to 3500+ RPM) It will squirt oil out as well, its better if it doesn't, of course, but it's pretty normal and won't cause any problems. HOWEVER if the smoke comes out, run boi!

Iv got the opposite happening my engine has negative pressure like it wants to suck the cap back onto, any idea what the cause of my issue could be?

Did you ever figure out what was wrong, I have a 2005 Honda Element doing the same thing but the air coming out the oil filler hole is way stronger. Let me know.

Use thick oil and fill to the midlle on dip stick and the blowby decrease.❤

I noticed same thing on a Mazda CX7 2.3 Turbo - there is no blowby at the oil stick though - which is really odd.

My theory to explain this is that the oil cap is big hole and is turning off the PCV valve... dipstick hole is smaller and creating enough pressure to keep PCV open and then there is no blowby.

I hope a mechanic could confirm this for us!
