If you only want infill in the sole of the shoe, go into prusa slicer, in the top right make it expert mode, then on the right side, you need to right click on your model and then click on "height range modifier." After that right click again on that and select the infill option. In the bottom right you can adjust the infill patterns and density for that height range

Try with a clear TPU and a denser infill, it might help, and the clear will help you see any issues
