Hamas has plenty of fuel, which it uses to power its terror tunnel ventilation system, which is why Israel does not allow fuel to go through.
Gaza hospital kept saying they are running out of fuel, but looks like they had enough to actively share with Hamas, as intercepted intelligence shows. Does actively sharing fuel with Hamas negates the protection this hospital have against being a legitimate target?
Hamas exploited the humanitarian route to attack the IDF soldiers maintaining it.
It's a war crime for Hamas to hold back civilians, when they did not let them leave out of harms way.

4 hours? that seems in line with Israeli supremacy, so in 1948 Palestinians were given one hour to leave their home and board boats leaving from Haifa to Lebanon for ex. True story of a close christian palestinian friend whose father was a pharmacist in Haifa and had many hewish friends that he hosted frequently at their home. History has to be retaught.
