When I was engaged to my ex Fiancé a long time ago, whenever we went to a party or visited Friends, he would usually have to wait " forever" before I was finished with all my goodbyes . Eventually he told me " please start saying your goodbyes to everyone when we arrive 😂😂😂😂😂

That isn't a strop. That is the long-suffering sigh of a husband that realises that his missus has seen something in the shop window and has forgotten that they're supposed to be somewhere.
I've seen it on my Grandad's face more times than I can remember. Usually followed by a groan as he realised that whatever Gran had seen was going to cost them more money.
