I don't hear anybody saying this: If Iran telegraphed their attack ahead of time, then their intentions were not to cause a terrible attack. It looks like the Iranians showed significant restraint and all they were after is respect. And as for Israel, they are talking about how successful their countermeasures were, but what would have happened if Iran didn't telegraph their intentions? If Israel retaliates again, we may find out.

In the end Iran gained intelligence on how everybody responded.

It's worth mentioning that the Iranian attack cost them around 25 M dollars, while defending this attack costs Israel around 1, 3 billion dollars, which, of course paid by the American taxpayers.

So you can confirm missiles being shot down but can’t confirm Israel Bombing Iranian Embassy?

This was a calibrated response from Iran. It was not meant to destroy but to show capability. Iran is not stupid and does not want a war with Isr and US. They literally stated that several times. This was to establish deterrence without an escalation.

US: “Israel has the right to defend it self.”
US: “Iran doesn’t have the right to defend it self”

I mean, Iran *did announce they were going to retaliate...a week ago. Gave all the proper channels time to get into their places.

Many Americans watching this are looking at a map of the region for the first time.

The attack was a clear warning. They could have sent their Shahab missiles, which are much, much more deadlier and catastrophic if their intent was serious devastation. Instead they sent their oldest drones, to warn Israel to stop its acts of aggression.

It literally took hours to get there with warnings prior.

US got intel ahead of attack? The enemy tells you they are coming, and we call that US intel getting ahead of the attack?

Iran called them and they call it intelligence gathering 😅😅😅

I'm honestly astonished these people call themselves subject matter experts or analysts. This is shameful. Iran basically responded in a manner they knew wasn't going to cause actual damage, but to let them know not to mess around. "You slapped me, so I'll slap you". That's why they gave 72 hours notice before they did what they did. I mean you answered it yourself and are too arrogant to follow that train of thought. If they wanted to, they could have just fired everything from Lebanon. But giving notice and firing it from over 1000 miles away?

The attack was for a domestic audience. They had to show their people they had power.

It was like a live fire drill with Iran warning us they were going to strike
