Talking to customers is repeated over and over, especially with the popularity of Lean methodology. But what stood out in this video was your perspective on talking to to your customers about where they are going, where is their industry headed, what are their upcoming challenges and opportunities. Like you said, this reveals things we should be working on, places where we can add value, and deepens the relationship. On top of all that, their responses show us what we should be working on.
