This was easy and delicious.
3 egg whites
3/4 cups of sugar (150 grams)
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 teaspoon white vinegar
Bake at 250 degrees for an hour, then turn off oven and open slightly, let the cake cool inside the oven.
