Mini Pavlova recipe

Ingredients
3 egg whites
100g sugar
100g icing sugar
10g corn starch
2 tsp lemon juice
200g fruits or berries by your choice
200ml whipped cream

Method
Heat oven to 100C. Whisk 3 egg whites with a hand mixer until they form stiff peaks, then whisk in 100g sugar until the meringue looks glossy. Whisk in 100 g icing sugar with 10g cornstrach and at the end 2 tsp lemon juice. Bake for 1 hr, then turn off the heat and let the Pavlova cool completely inside the oven. When the meringue is cool, chop fruits. Whip double cream with the remaining 1 tbsp icing sugar and spread it over the meringue. Put the remaining fruits on the cream.
