I have learnt a lot from you. You're the best teacher. I am able to make things which i couldn't even think of. For instance, three layer cakes in the microwave, brownies on a stove or ice cream without a machine! Thank you very much for helping me be fearless when baking😊

Gemma, try the Filipino version of this Sans Rival cake and the bite sized Sylvanas. Essentially a pavlova mixed with cashews. So so good

Thank you for this recipe and the detailed instructions which gave perfect results. My family loved it. I topped mine with fresh whipped cream and blueberry compote as I had no fresh fruit at the time. Definitely a keeper!
