Understanding Drill-Through Functionality And How To Use This In Power BI

For today’s tutorial, I’d like to quickly go over the drill-through function in Power BI. This can be quite a powerful way to create a compelling navigation experience for the consumers of your report. I’ll be sharing a couple of example on how you can apply this function inside your report.

Drill through is indeed a powerful tool. In the sales report developed for our organization, I've included multiple drill throughs. For example, right click on a salesperson and the options are to drill through to open orders, customers, items sold, or pipeline. Right click on an item and drill through to a list of customers who previously purchased the item, open orders, or pipeline. Right click on a customer and drill through to sales history, open orders, or pipeline. I've even added drill through to cross reports, so if our operations team wants to see sales history or pipeline details, they move from an operations report to the sales report.

Great video, this drill through function is very powerful.
Is it possible to stop the reload if the user returns from a drill through page?
My users complain that the table from where DT starts always reload six, if they use the DT function.
