If you have ever experienced weakness or pain in the posterior deltoid or rear shoulder, then it is always a good idea to refer to the axillary nerve.

A very interesting nerve, which will innervate the deltoid group and the teres minor muscle and will serve to provide the motor function for those muscles and the sensory such for the skin covering the area.

Due to its superficial position, it is very common to become inflamed or trapped due to muscle tightness or a poor position of the shoulder girdle.

That is why shoulder mobility exercises will be quite beneficial for injuries related to the axillary nerve alongside the nerve glide & flossing techniques, which I have covered before.

I KNOW HOW TO FIX IT!!!! Ive been watching videos for weeks about this because ive been in so much pain. I found out that these two muscles get "glued" together and pinch the nerve. So you gotta break them apart with massage. I used one of those curved sticks with the balls at the end and just dug really hard into that area while doing arm movements like lifting my arm and rotating it and all. Prolly spent a good 30 mins on it. For the first time in i want to say 2 to 3 months, im pain free. And can move without the nerve pain. Im sore because of all the crap it caused to my surrounding muscles through all that time, but seriously.... ive been in the best freakin mood all day long, i havent felt this good in forever. I have that problem too, i started pumping the blood into my rear delt and rotator cuff every day a week ago, and it hurts 50% less than before while doing curls(it used to be discomfortable even when i jogged, it felt like the area is numb and i had problems reqruiting the long head of the triceps, rear delt, rotator cuff and teres major) also stretchng real delt and massajing it with hard ball helps mobilizing the sholder and imroving mind muslce connection

Ive smashed this out so many times with a lacrosse ball...feels great for a couple hours and comes right video is less than useless

Fuxking hell... i had a pain at the one this dude is highlighting for 2-3 days. Just had my sibling massage me for 2-3 mins. and we heard a pop sound and boom... I feel fucking good hahaha
