The worst pain ever: saying "you too" when the waiter tells you to enjoy your meal

Having stage 4 Endometriosis is extremely painful and never ending. A good day was only a 7 on the pain scale.
A 7 hour hysterectomy and I’m all good now.

The most painful thing to endure is losing your loved ones. My mom died only 2 feet away from me in a roll over jeep accident. I hope no one goes through that.

My mum has trigeminal neuralgia, nothing works

Even after surgery, it’s still showing up when we least expect it. Nothing hurts more then seeing your mum cry in pain and not be able to do anything

IMO...an abscessed tooth is as bad as it gets. It's because there is NOTHING in this world that can curb that pain! I've experienced childbirth, being shot, being stabbed, getting beat with a metal pipe, physical abuse as a child & I handled all that like a champ, but an abscessed tooth instantly turned me into a blubbering, wailing, helpless infant!

I thought tooth, back or abdominal pain was bad till I got a deep muscle spasms that raps around my ribs towards my back and up my shoulder blade. I'm currently going through this right now and it stared in July. I just keep re-pulling it and it won't heal. I've been to the ER twice already with this thing and it's right up there with kidney stones which I had three times and that is absolutely the WORST.

Watching this reminds me of headaches I’ve had that lasted for *days* and unfortunately, I had no prescription pain meds because over the counter pain medicine wouldn’t touch it. I don’t even know if opiates would’ve done anything, either.

*Worst headaches ever.* The pain made it impossible to do anything and I couldn’t even cry out even though I desperately wanted to, because the pain would only get worse with noise. I have IIH and it’s symptoms can mimic a brain tumor. Yep, I know what it’d feel like to have a brain tumor and it’s agony.

During covid, I couldn’t get a dentist appointment for wisdom tooth removal for a year. In that time they had decayed and become infected in a way that caused problems with my trigeminal nerve (trigeminal neuralgia is chronic pain of this nerve). It started at one side and then both, and it felt like my head was imploding. I was at one of the lowest points of my life mental health wise and it was almost the final nail in the coffin. I truly did consider taking my life from the pain. Even the strongest prescription (and not so legal) drugs did nothing. The fact there are people who deal with that pain chronically and can go about their lives is honestly batshit crazy to me. I cannot put into words how bad it was, and I at least knew my pain was temporary and could be fixed (honestly tho it almost didn’t matter. there were plenty of times where I broke down unsure if I could take another day never mind waiting for an appointment). Anyone dealing with trigeminal neuralgia is deserves serious props

infection in the jawbone is absolutely the worst tooth pain you can have..i wrecked a motocycle and flipped and barrel rolled down the road at 45mph and id do that 5x over again before id take another infection in my jawbone...i ate pain pills like candy and it didnt touch the pain at all. If you havent ever had one i hope you never do.

I have Elhers-Danhlos syndrome and I dislocate at least one major joint a month. The pain is absolutely unreal, and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone else. Some of these are definitely worse though.

When I had meningitis I had my nurse tell me it was equal to giving birth, just in your head instead of your stomach.

Worst pain I've had was the day before a rootcanal. My knees buckled in pain from bitting a banana.
I actually looked forward to the rootcanal because I would be out of pain in 4 hours

I don’t think I can watch all this. Flashbacks to the testicular torsion surgery last year. Then I had skin grafts three months ago and when they had to scrape the grafts in the “autopsy room.” Good year so far 😅😂

Pulmonary Embolism, in both lungs, with multiple clots. One of those clots burst, causing internal bleeding in the lungs, extreme shortness of breath, and dangerous low blood pressure.
I thought I was going to die that night.
