Swiss ball leg raises

Lay on your back and hold the swiss ball. Transfer it in between your legs like a leg raise, keep your core engaged and push your lower back into the mat. Lower your legs down to the ground with the swiss ball between them. Then come back up and grab the ball and hold it as you lift it above your head and your legs drop back down to the ground. Make sure your core stays engaged the whole time and you don't arch your lower back off the ground
