blender- Vitamix A3500

TIP!!!
✅once done, chop in strips and cook in a skillet, it will make all meat nice and crisp
✅Marinade for at least 24 hours
Ingredients:
5-7 lbs thin sliced pork shoulder
5 New Mexico chile pods
1 Chile ancho
1/4 onion
3 garlic cloves
2 oz achiote paste
1 bay leaf
Salt to taste I used 5 tsp
2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp oregano powder
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground cloves
2 tbsp white vinaigrette
2 tbsp oil
6 tbsp pineapple juice and 4 slices of pineapple
1 serving of love💕
