Dr, I clearly understand the mechanism you are talking about. It's something I'm going through currently.

I think, the problem, as you too have mentioned, lies in when we don't give time for one emotion to settle. That impatient mindset is the problem.

I'm working on finding a way to overcome the fails.

So far, I've identified Breathe control and Meditation as effective tools for me.
