Add some heat to your meal with these spicy green beans! Sauteed on the stovetop in just 15 minutes in a spicy sauce made with garlic, ginger, chili paste, and soy sauce. Excellent as a side dish or even a vegetarian main served with rice.

🌶️INGREDIENTS:
▢ 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
▢ 1 Tablespoon rice vinegar
▢ ½ teaspoon sesame oil
▢ 1 teaspoon granulated sugar , honey or maple syrup work as substitutes
▢ 1 teaspoon cornstarch, optional, but recommended
▢ 1 ½ Tablespoons vegetable oil, or cooking oil of choice
▢ 16 ounces fresh green beans, trimmed
▢ 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped or sliced
▢ 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated, or use ginger paste
▢ 2 ½ teaspoons chili garlic paste
▢ 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
▢ 1 Fresno chili pepper, sliced, optional for more heat
▢ Sesame seeds, for garnish, optional
