Jump Rope Boxer Skip Footwork

Learn the Boxer Skip with my 5 EASY STEPS!

The main benefit of the Boxer Skip is the fact you're sharing the workload between both legs which means you can skip for longer periods.

The key to learning the Boxer Skip is to follow all 5 Steps.

It may take sometime progressing through each stage but trust me following these steps will help you make the transition quicker and you'll find progressing to more advanced Boxer Skip variations easier.

Thanks for watching

He’s doing it, talking and demonstrating rope skipping with total breath control. Good example and challenge for me.

Well, it ain't easy I tell you, but one step at a time, I've been getting the hang of it. Skipping is definitely having a huge impact in my weight loss plan (along with a nutritional plan), and I deeply thank you for all the tutorials. Wish you the very best, Eddie!

Hey man, just letting you know, i started skipping 2 weeks ago (on & off). I watched this video, even though i couldn't skip for 60sec straight, and 30 sec 1 leg straight, i manged to swap my legs (step 4/5 in your video). Your ability to break things down to as simple as this made things so much easier. Learned this 'beginner' box skipping in just an evening! Cheers and thanks man!

Brother thank you some much!! I've been trying so hard 😫 😩. Definitely going to try first thing tomorrow. I've been jumping rope for 5 rounds then hitting the heavy bag for 3 rounds then calisthenics and lastly shadow boxing for 5 rounds. Once I master the boxer skip I will finally be on point.
