Excel Dynamic Array Formulas

In January 2020 Microsoft released Dynamic Array Formulas for Excel. I'll show you the six new functions available to Office 365 Excel users. These functions are a dramatic change for Excel spreadsheets and that is why it took 2 years for Microsoft to release them. The data results from these functions will "spill" over into multiple rows and columns. This solves many problems with older functions that could not handle multiple results. You now have six powerful new functions to enhance your use of Excel.

Good video. I stumbled on the UNIQUE formula the other day when I was looking for something else and then I started reading and learned about the other ones. But I know already that I will use the method to more. Many of the other formulas spills the same way, so it becomes sort of a virtual replacement of the autofill. So it can be used to much much more than these 6 functions which are mentioned... just by in the formula replace a cell address with a range address. =CONCATENATE(A1:A100, " ", B1:B100)...

I'm trying to learning advanced excel in the most time efficient method and your videos have been so helpful. there's many great courses out there but many also include very basic training that I need to go thru the pain of skipping/vetting through if I know it alrd. Great Video! Question: How would the return results from FILTER have a formula (doing something with row data with 1 or more of the columns) on each row? So 20 return rows would have 20 formulas such as Col 1 + Col 2.
