A Natural Remedy For Shingles With Cindy

A while back Cindy found herself afflicted with SHINGLES! It was very painful and this is a natural remedy she used to treat it.

I recently had shingles. Only lasted a little over a week. What I did is I also used eucalyptus oil on the affected areas. I never diluted it nor mixed it with other oils. Yes it does burn but I can endure it. I also took an antiviral drug the doctor recommended me to take. Another one is eating pineapples. It helps with strengthening the immune system. I'm currently shingles free.

I have the shingles, started to break out 8 days ago. I came across this video last night and applied it right away . I felt a relief almost instantly, and before I went to bed applied it again, this time without the water, just the oil. I was able to get sleep this night. So thankful I came across this video. I am so thankful for this video. I’ve had shingles for the past 10 weeks. I took an anti-viral meds at the beginning and my blisters were minimal (had about 10 blisters); however the blisters healed, but the pain under the skin remained. Then last week more blisters appeared. I used the eucalyptus oil in water, and applied it for a few days. It worked like a dream. The pain left immediately. After a few hours the pain came back, so I applied it again. It has been three days, and my skin is not red anymore. I have noticed eating sugar, my shingles tingle more, so a sugar free diet helps. Definitely keep up your immune system.

Update 28/2. Drinking chamomile tea has been amazing. I had my first night of real sleep since the shingles strated. I have been taking ibuprofen every evening and during the night time to help me sleep though. I still have a lot of pain when I walk but it's not so much anymore when I lay down 😊 I have ordered some of the things you recommended and will get it today 😊

I'm suffering from shingles right now starts at my shoulder blade goes under my arm all the way to my breast and the best thing that I have used is Vapor Rub generic Vapor Rub Eucalyptus in it I put it on the spots then I and lubricate the entire area with baby oil under the arm is the worst place and it is instant soothing I can't believe how good it works in fact it's good for hemorrhoids and cracked heels
