Look this video is ok except 0for the techno music. If u hv shingles, get superlysine, thats your fist step to healing fast. 2 astragalus tea for the stress on your body and mind. Calamine lotion at night, or manuka honey or wounded warrior ointment. Lemon balm is pretty good too. All that other antiviral crap, its a no for me. And the cotton loose fitting clothes is on point as well. No petroleum jelly. That is no good for this.

❤🎉 greetings sufferers I've had about 4 years of experience with the shingles off and on mostly off now but I just had a little round and I learned something so so important that I want to share BHT which is an antiviral non Pharmaceutical you can get it on the internet here's my prescription which works. Dissolve 1/4 of a teaspoon of BHT in 1 tbsp of coconut oil and take that several times a day. Also of course the nutritional supplements lysine and vitamin C zinc etcetera and for the infernal itching apple cider vinegar dabbed on the shingles and it burns like heck for three or four minutes but then it goes away and it feels pretty good for a long time.. hope you can implement this information to your benefit has have I😅❤❤❤❤
