1kg spinach, fresh or frozen
2-3 leeks
3-4 fresh onions
2 big onions
dill (a lot)
spearmint
250gr of yogurt
300gr of feta cheese (Greek white cheese)
1 egg
olive oil (1/2 tea cup)
salt
pepper

THE DOUGH
1 glass of lukewarm water
400gr of flour (all purpose)
a very small dose of vinegar
salt
1/4 of a tea cup with olive oil
