Wow, really, 5 years ago 😂 well I’ve just made this tonight 3.8.23 and everyone absolutely loved it. Only difference is I used fresh dill from my garden instead of oregano. Thank you Jamie if you’re still here 🙏🏽❤️

In Greece we have bigger filo pastry (or we make them) but this twist with pine nuts cheddar and rosemary looks amazing!!

Just made this for dinner tonight, and it turned out amazing!!! Absolutely delicious!! The lemon zest is key - the slight lemony undertone is essential to balance the cheeses... Cheddar worked great - didn't overpower the lovely Feta flavor!!!

Thank you Jamie, it looks delicious with interesting mixture of flavors. In Turkey we add brown onions to spinach while cooking which I think, makes spinach more tasty.

You could also use leeks and half an onion with the spinach. The sweetness from the leeks and the onion will make a great contrast with the cheese.

I just made this and i love it so much. I praise and thank God, our Creator. I thank you Jamie a lot for this great recipe. A few nuggets that might help some one: pine nuts are about 40 US dollars a pound here in Philadelphia USA, so I used broken raw cashew bits from an Indian store for about 7 US dollars a pound. I used them like the pine nuts and they are Thanks to God. Also I was not worried about the fact I did not have feta at the moment and used mozzarella, cheddar and fresh grated parmesan instead and that was fine! Also, I have a garden so I put fresh picked swiss chard, oregano, thyme and basil from the garden with the spinach. I added a chopped up can of artichoke hearts and they are great in there. I praise and thank God, I love this recipe so much. it is I ask God humbly to Bless you.

This recipe is GREAT! I made a few changes. I added sauteed mushrooms. Instead of cheese, (I don't use dairy), I blended cooked white beans with some soy milk. Came out wonderful!! Thanks for this easy recipe!!
