I wish I had the finances fir the shipping for a subscription of tropeaka. Actually no. I want to/ will eventually move to Australia! And then get tropeaka products and go to the cafes and go for ocean swims and to be in the warmth and sun and fresh air and all the nature and animals and the people seem a lot happier there which makes sense cause more vitamin D. I’ve always wanted to live in Australia! Also grew up watching h2o just add water and was obsessed 🧜🏻‍♀️💖

I've been loving trying all the new vegan options in Aldi and can't beat mushrooms my fave veg 🙌👏💖 I'm the same with cashews I love them I have Alpro cashew milk everyday too 😂

Haha I somehow manage to forget stuff even if I have a list. I just get so distracted with all the new products especially since it’s veganuary at the moment and new products come into stores 🤣😍

Just so you know we can’t actually digest the coating on flaxseeds so to get the full benefits you have to grind them up!
