In this video, we're discussing a Mediterranean Keto Approach and talking about 5 of our favorite Mediterranean foods to incorporate into your diet.

Many people doing keto have a diet way too high in fat and potentially too low in protein. Keto diets can have high amounts of saturated fats and very low in omega-3 fatty acids as well as monounsaturated fats. While saturated fat is not to be feared, an excess can be problematic with certain genetics such as APOE4 and can just feel heavy in the body. It can also mean that calories are stacking up quickly and you end up overeating on your keto diet. Combining a Mediterranean and Keto approach provides an optimal balance of fats, protein, and carbs while supplying a broad array of polyphenols and antioxidants and keeping flavors light and bright!

Both of you look great. If your glowy skin has anything to do with your diet I'm interested.
I've been on and off keto. This time I'm going on a dairy free keto. Also looking to tweak it some a bit by incorporating some of the foods you guys suggested. Thank you!
