Do this in this order: 1. Update the firmware AND software from the website. 2. If it says to update your JAVA, update it or the updates won't install. 3. Be sure you are connecting the printer to the SAME WiFi that the computer you are working on, is connected to! Once I did the following...everything worked as it should. Hope this helps you -

Thank you! I got this printer without a manual, a USB cable, or the CD that supposedly comes with it. I followed the steps in this video and I managed to set it up in 10 mins. Hallelujah! :)

Thanks for the crisp, yet aptly illustrated tutorial video detailing the steps of how to configure the WiFi, or wireless setup using the control panel, and not requiring the CD that comes with the printer! To be frank and outright, it was a lot more straightforward than I had previously expected, and really served its purpose with regards to enlightening the individuals who were previously struggling with properly completing this process, like me!

Great video, very helpful. The password required for me was wifi network password I use, not the network key listed on wifi router sticker. Also found it to be 'Case' sensitive. Thanks..
