The printer works great but I want to print on both sides of the paper. Originally I set it up "borderless" now I see I can only print on both side is it is not borderless. I can't find out how to change the settings.

The printer is set up wirelessly but the other computer in my network is hardwired, and cannot find the printer, even though it's on the same network. Why, and how do I fix this

How can I get my telephone answering message back? Seems like Epson set up caused a canned message. I don't need to receive faxes, just occasionally send them.

I cannot connect from my Dell notebook (Windows 10, I believe 64 bytes version) to the Epson ET-3850 Eco-Tank printer after I managed to connect the printer to my i-phone via Epson Connect, and by using the Wifi router SSID and password ? I am using the Epson Connect Printer Setup program, but I always get stuck, once it asks for registration (my printer is already registered) and asks me for the "Administrator password" to do so, but I have no idea what that administrator password is supposed to be. Many trials and simply leaving the password field empty do not get me unstuck!! So i cannot connect my Dell notebook to the printer - frustrating !!!

The printer seems to be working only after the initial setup on any iOS mobile device and then disconnects from the wifi and won’t reconnect. It’s right next to my router, I’m not having any other issues with my devices. If it worked initially I’m not seeing why it suddenly can’t connect now. When I run diagnostics from the printer, it remembers my router. This seems overly complicated for a printer, and I’ve used multiple different kinds and don’t have to download all these support apps and programs…

I can’t download the app to my laptop. I don't have a drive for the cd. On my mobile (ios) it’s not connecting as well.

How do I set the printer to turn on automatically whenever I send a print? It's very annoying that I have to physically go to the printer to turn it on first then go back and print.
