I bought this printer a month or so ago. I chose it over HP due to better buy for the amount of printing per ink cartridge. It is CONSTANTLY disconnecting from my network and will not reconnect. With hp, if I had a problem I just tap the WiFi on and off and it would reset. This printer I have tried to reset it, turned it off and back on, left if off for 20 mins and it STILL won’t connect. I gave up one Friday and Monday morning turned it on and it worked. I am going to see if I can return it. I can’t afford to not be able to print when I need to.

Hello, today I bought an Epson WF-3825 printer in Australia, but my Windows computer doesn't have a CD or DVD drive. How should I address the connectivity issue? If possible, could you provide a website?

Why does my printer immediately want to start printing every time I turn it on?! The printer cable has been disconnected, their is no usb stick plugged in, I turned bluetooth off on my phone even though I don't use my phone to print from and for some reason I can't stop the printer from continually printing a picture of my dog that I printed in the past and using several sheets of paper while it does it, spitting out 4-5 sheets at a time. I even unplugged the printer for 10 minutes or so and it still just wants to print once i turn it on.

I have an EPSON WF-3820 and my Lop Top is ASUS Chromebook. For convenience a separate KEYBOARD iS VERY ADVANTAGEOUS. How to install it is my problem. Can you help? Thank you.
