this printer stopped being detectable on Mac OS (after months of use). I have reinstalled software, printer is connected to network with "excellent connection", mac is connected to same network, printer will not install, is not found. Airprint won't detect either. ANY idea how to fix this? I am about to go full on "Ofiice Space" on this thing after 4 hours of troubleshooting.

My 3850 is very temperamental. Sometimes it just doesn't want to copy a page. The top feeder for several pages doesn't work all the time either, Makes me wish I stuck with HP. At least it let me do double sided printing. The guide doesn't tell you what each button does and I can't find it on the internet. Maybe I need a 13 year old to show me how to work this printer.

OURS OF INSTALL, THIS HAS BEEN TERRIBLE. I GOT ONE COMPUTER TO WORK BUT CANT GET ANOTHER COMPUTER TO WORK. I HAVE TWO LAPTOPS FOR WORK SO THAT IF ONE FAILS I HAVE A BACK UP BUT I CANT CONNECT A SECOND COMPUTER WHAT IS THE USE. I CANT SEEM TO CONNECT A SECOND COMPUTER

Thank you for vid. QUESTION: I'm trying to print a simple Word doc from my Iphone 13 with my brand new Epson ET-3850. The Print Dialogue doesn't show up as it would with a HP or other printer. I called customer service and was asked to download Epson iPrint or Epson Smart Panel Both apps disrupt the formatting of the doc and print in huge font. I tried with several different documents and it's the same thing. (Silly to think that anyone who wants to print needs to download and set up a whole different app just to print a page!). From Apple computer there's no issue. Help! I don't want to return this printer. It promised to be great :(

this printer is far too complicated for me to set up. the instructions are too complicated. I couldln't even get the app and I don't understand the direction at all.

The press OK to enter a password for the WIFI simply goes forward and says missing information. It does not open a keyboard option to actually enter the password, leaving user highly frustrated. This video is not accurate. Purchased today at Costco.
