St. George's day is a Public Holiday in Bulgaria. Also is the Bulgarian chosen patron of the military as well.
It's on the 6th of May and is also my Birthday.

He is also regarded as saint in Ethiopian Orthodox Church and each month on 23 is his day. Enjoyed the story and learned new things like the fact his birth place Lydia is located in Israel between Jerusalem and Tel Aviv.
