Man the reds on the splash art pop so well and then the in game model appears in which they’re just so desaturated and dark. It definitely doesn’t fix how much it looks like standard fantasy nonsense but at least it would look better

If I remember correctly, this was a free skin, along with one of Tristana and Alistar. I think they were given for following Riot on different social medias. I have all three but we are talking about 2009/2010

Don't forget this skin used to be free, alongside Riot Girl Tristana and Unchained Alistar, both of which also just used to be Chromas before Chromas were a thing

This makes me realize how cool it was to have a skin back in the day, because you could only get them by spending money, so if someone had a skin you knew they had it because they love that skin/champion so much they paid for the skin. So to me the free skins were awesome, especially Unchained Alistar.

Dread Knight Garen looks like he's hanging out at that one flight point in Zul'Drak and repairs your gear and is trying to sell a level 28 white quality two-handed sword to players around level 76 that nobody in the history of the game has ever equipped outside of maybe 3 people who bought it for a roleplaying set.

As someone who enjoys creating and drawing my own characters, nothing scares me most as the phrase "it looks like an NPC" that's evil hahaha
