So, today I'm going to be making Japanese Style Cheesecake -- kind of a cross between a cheesecake and a chiffon cake. And it contains only 3 ingredients! But the kicker is I'll be cooking it in an Instant Pot. 😁 Not sure how much it's going to jiggle -- let's find out!

I think it ended up flan-like because of the pressure cooking. I watch a lot of resin art videos and they use pressure pots to eliminate bubbles in resin. I can't help thinking that a pressure cooker will do the same thing to batter, which is why there was no evidence of all the whipping you did to the egg whites. The pressure forced all the air out.
