Once I saw that tt of snow white gooseberry pie, I never did mi pues the same, ALWAYS add yolks and butter, fck God the taste of egg uts non existent abd u CAN NOT avoid a frutal k.o, even with pearss!!! Everybody told me how shocked they where that the pie with coocked and partially coocked had a stronger pear fkavor than the raw pear it self, also more fragant and aromatic (I also add a lil bit of lime juice, as needed and it makes such a great work and huge impact). Love im a pieholic, so try itttt

(I also hate eggy flacor, and yolks as a whole, thats why I hate creamy flan, to raw yolky :s, so dont worry bout it, just coocked well among the slurp and all the stuffing(
