I work for a small business. My boss, the director, is a fantastic, wonderful, kind person. I never want to work for anyone else. I give my best at work because I want the business to he successful and I don't want it to close down. I've never been happier. I don't earn much as there is only so much work to be done in such a tiny business, but it is so worth it. Alas, I know it won't last forever as she will be retiring in a few years. If I had the choice I would never work for a large company again.
