1) Set goals (both personal and academic)
2) Clean out your study space and declutter items from the previous year (clear out your backpack 🎒)
3) Set up a productive workspace with natural lighting and all the items you need for studying
4) Make a list of all the stationery items and clothes you need before buying them
5) Organise your notes from the previous school year (declutter into 3 categories: recycle, keep just in case and definitely keep) and complete any notes that are incomplete
6) Adapt a planning system that works for you (e.g. to-do-lists, bullet journals, study planners, hourly and digital planning etc.)
7) Find an organisation method that is suitable for your needs (binders or folders, notebooks or loose leaf paper)
8) Buy textbooks as soon as possible so you can read ahead for the new academic year
9) Fix your sleep schedule
10) Figure out a sustainable routine that is structured in order to minimise procrastination
